Welcome to Zo Stream. These terms govern your use of the Zo Stream OTT platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account on Zostream. Users under 16 may only access content under the strict supervision of a parent or legal guardian who holds a valid account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Prohibited Conduct
To protect our creators and community, the following are strictly prohibited: unauthorized distribution or sharing of content, hacking, spamming, and any attempt to circumvent digital rights management (DRM). Screen recording, screen capturing, or using third-party software to download Zostream videos is a violation of international copyright law.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on Zostream—including movies, series, software, graphics, logos, and trademarks—is the exclusive property of Zostream or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream content for personal, non-commercial use only.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Zostream offers various subscription tiers and Pay-Per-View (PPV) options. By selecting a plan, you agree to the pricing, duration, and device limits specified. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with prior notice to our subscribers.
5. Privacy & Data
Your privacy is our priority. We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes using data to improve your streaming experience and prevent fraudulent access to your account.
6. Limitation of Liability
Zostream is provided 'as is.' While we strive for 99.9% uptime and high-definition quality, we are not liable for service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, device incompatibility, or third-party outages.
Law & Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mizoram, India. Violation of these terms can result in the immediate suspension of your account without notice.
