- Zo Stream provides digital content and streaming services that are generally non-refundable. All
subscriptions and payments, including Pay-Per-View (PPV) purchases, are considered final. No refunds
will be issued except as expressly set forth in this policy or as required by applicable law.
- Refund Exceptions:
- We may consider issuing a refund in the following circumstances:
- a) Technical Issues: If Zo Stream prevents you from using the service for
an extended period due to major technical issues, you may receive a refund for the unused
portion of your subscription period. Additionally, if you encounter account issues
preventing you from watching a PPV video, you can request a refund.
- b) Duplicate Charges: In the case of multiple charges for the same
subscription or service due to technical errors, you can request a refund for the duplicate
charges.

- You have the right to cancel your Zo Stream subscription at any time. To cancel, please contact our

- Effect of Cancellation:
- If you cancel your subscription before the end of your current billing period, you will lose access
to the service immediately. This includes premium content and PPV discounts.
- No Partial Refunds:
- In the case of cancellation before the end of the billing cycle, no refunds will be provided for the
unused portion of the subscription period.
- Flexible Refund and Cancellation Policies:
- This Refund and Cancellation Policy may be updated as necessary, with the most recent revision
displayed. By continuing to use Zo Stream after an update, you agree that you are bound by the
amended policy.
