Immediate Access Notice

Unlike traditional services, Zostream cancellations result in immediate loss of access to all premium content. Please ensure you are ready to stop viewing before initiating a cancellation request.

Non-refundable Services

Zostream provides digital content and streaming services that are generally non-refundable. All subscriptions and payments, including Pay-Per-View (PPV) purchases, are considered final. No refunds will be issued except as expressly set forth in this policy or as required by applicable law.

Technical Issue Exceptions

If Zostream prevents you from using the service for an extended period due to major technical issues, you may receive a refund for the unused portion of your subscription. If account issues prevent you from watching a specifically purchased PPV video, you may request a refund.

Duplicate Charges

In the case of multiple charges for the same subscription or service due to technical errors or payment gateway glitches, you are entitled to request a refund for the duplicate amount.

Effect of Cancellation

If you cancel your subscription before the end of your current billing period, please note that you will lose access to the service immediately. This includes access to premium content and any active PPV discounts.
