This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to the use of Zo Stream service and outlines the procedure for refund requests and cancellations. By using Zo Stream, you agree to comply with this policy.

About the Refund Process:

1.1 Non-refundable:

Zo Stream offers digital content and streaming services that are generally non-refundable. If a subscription is purchased or payment is made for a PPV purchase, it is considered final, and no refunds will be issued except as expressly set forth in this policy or as required by applicable law.

1.2 Exceptions to the Refund Policy:

We may consider issuing a refund in the following circumstances:

a) Technical Issues:

If Zo Stream prevents you from using the service for an extended period due to major technical issues, you may receive a refund for the unused portion of your subscription period. If you have purchased a PPV but encounter account issues preventing you from watching the video, you can also request a refund.

b) Duplicate Charges:

In the case of multiple charges for the same subscription or service due to technical errors, you can request a refund for the duplicate charges.

Cancellation Procedures

2.1 Subscription Cancellation:

You have the right to cancel your Zo Stream subscription at any time. For cancellation, please contact our customer support team at [email protected].

2.2 Effect of Cancellation:

If you cancel your subscription before the end of your current billing period, you can no longer use the service, and you will lose access to premium content and PPV discounts.

2.3 No Partial Refunds:

In the case of cancellation before the end of the billing cycle, the subscription period not used during the subscription period will not be refunded.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy may be updated as necessary, with the most recent revision displayed. If you continue to use Zo Stream after the update, you agree that you are bound by the amended policy.
