Refund & Cancellation

We aim to provide the best Mizo streaming experience. If you are charged incorrectly, we promise to fix it. Please read the detailed terms below.

Digital Content Policy

Due to the nature of digital streaming, subscriptions and Pay-Per-View (PPV) purchases are generally non-refundable once the content has been accessed or streamed. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you lose your right to a refund once the streaming begins.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Zostream subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months.

Technical Issues

If you encounter technical issues that prevent you from accessing content (e.g., server errors or file corruption), please contact support within 24 hours. If we cannot resolve the issue, a refund or credit may be issued at our discretion.

Duplicate Payments

In the event of a technical glitch resulting in a double charge for the same plan, Zostream will process a full refund of the duplicate amount within 7-10 working days after verification.

How to cancel?

Log in to your Zostream account on the website or app.

Go to 'Subscription' or 'Manage Plan' section.

Click 'Cancel Subscription' and confirm your choice.
